How does returns work in Italy?
When sending returned products, please pay attention to the following:
All products must have their original packaging and sealed. It is necessary to pack the goods very carefully, preferably with the packaging provided by The Honeyland so that the products are not damaged during transport.
Usually returned products are taken care of within approximately 3-4 working days (excluding Saturdays) from receipt of the products.
Please note. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
What are the reimbursement times and methods?
As required by the Consumer Code Legislative Decree 206/05 (former right of withdrawal) The Honeyland customers enjoy the money back guarantee with the possibility of returning the products purchased within 10 working days of receipt.
How can I get my money back?
From the day we receive the return at our warehouses and carry out quality control on the product , we proceed to activate the refund procedure. The purchased product must be intact and not damaged in any way and returned in the original perfectly sealed packaging (labels and seals of the jars intact), complete in all its parts (including packaging).
You will get a refund depending on how the order was paid:
- prepayment: we will transfer the amount to your bank account: you will need to send us your bank details (IBAN and BIC) to carry out the transfer.
- PayPal: you will get a direct refund to your Paypal account.
- Credit card: you will get a direct refund to your credit card.
- Cash on delivery. If you pay on delivery, you will need to send us your bank details (IBAN and BIC) so that we can refund you for the products you have returned to us and which you have already paid for.
Can I exchange a purchased item?
If you are not satisfied with a purchased item you can activate the return procedure.
It is not possible to automatically exchange the returned product with another product, so we invite you to proceed with a new order to receive the desired product.
