Honey Vinegar

Produced in Piedmont.

Still produced today using the Orleans method, this honey vinegar is aged for at least 8 months in oak barrels. This slow process allows the honey vinegar to retain its beneficial properties and to acquire fragrances and flavors that no other vinegar possesses.

Our organic honey vinegars are naturally rich in mineral salts (potassium, phosphorus, calcium and iron), vitamin A, B vitamins, vitamin C and PP. We have selected only organic, unpasteurized honey vinegar, naturally rich in enzymes and acetic bacteria, considered a source of intestinal well-being.

Honey vinegar with a low acidity level: 6%, lighter and more digestible even for those with sensitive stomachs.

No added sulphites, additives or colorings. A raw, artisanal product that stands out from the common industrial honey vinegars.
