Four different types of organic honey, all produced by the Albero della Vita apiary, are used to make this fine vinegar: acacia, honeydew, linden and wildflower. During the production process, organic lavender blossoms are expertly macerated with the honey, giving this honey vinegar a unique aroma and flavour.
It remains delicate, a vinegar that accompanies, not hides, the flavours of your dishes. A refined version of the more classic honey vinegar.
Still produced today using the Orleans method, a very rare artisanal technique that allows the vinegar to mature slowly and naturally in oak barrels for at least 8 months. The result is a high quality lavender honey vinegar with a delicate and slightly fragrant flavour.
Unlike industrial honey vinegars, Albero della Vita honey vinegar is completely raw and not pasteurised.
Honey vinegar ingredients :
- Only unpasteurised organic honey, obtained without the use of chemical treatments.
- Without the use of added additives and preservatives (sulphites): it only contains sulphites naturally present during the acetification process.
Acidity level : min 5%.
Any sedimentation that may form is proof of the authenticity of the product.
