Returns and Right of Withdrawal

At The Honeyland, we aim to provide a shopping experience that fully complies with current regulations. If you have purchased a product from our online shop, you can exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the terms and procedures outlined below.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal:
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your products to inform us of your decision to withdraw. You can exercise this right in two ways:
- Online: Fill out the withdrawal form available on this page. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email containing a summary of your request, along with the exact date and time of receipt.
- Via email: Email info@thehoneyland.com with your personal details, order number and the products you wish to return.
Return costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from the total.

FAQ
All products can be returned, provided they are sent back intact and unused, in their original, unopened packaging with unbroken labels and seals, and complete with all their parts and original wrapping.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products (in accordance with Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code):
- Sealed food products and supplements (e.g. honey, tea, herbal teas, infusions, spreads and condiments) once opened: the right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the packaging is intact and sealed. Once opened, the product cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons.
- Perishable goods or products with a limited shelf life (e.g. fresh royal jelly or fresh products).
- Sealed cosmetics and personal care products once opened: as with food items, the right of withdrawal only applies if the packaging is fully intact.
Condition of the returned product: the product must be returned in the same condition as when it was received.
If the product shows clear signs of deterioration due to storage or handling that does not comply with the instructions provided on our website, even if it is still sealed, we reserve the right to refuse the return or proportionally reduce the refund amount.
Once you have informed us of your decision to withdraw, TheHoneyland will arrange for a courier to collect the item directly from your address.
Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
To ensure a secure return and a faster refund, please follow these simple guidelines:
You can use the original box that your order was delivered in, or another box of a suitable size for the products being returned.
Before the pickup, please make sure to:
- adequately protect the products, especially if they are fragile, to prevent any damage during transit.
- return the products intact and in their original, sealed packaging;
- securely seal the package and have it ready for the courier on the agreed date.
In accordance with Art. 56 of the Italian Consumer Code, refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless you request otherwise.
Once the returned products have been received, TheHoneyland will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 3–4 business days of receiving the return, excluding any standard processing times required by banks or payment providers.
The refund method depends on the payment option used at checkout:
- Bank transfer: The refund will be transferred to your account. We will ask you to provide your IBAN and BIC.
- PayPal: The refund will be sent directly to your PayPal account.
- Credit card: Refund directly to the card used for the purchase.
You can also request that the refund be issued as a store credit to be used for future purchases on TheHoneyland.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can start the returns process.
Please note that we do not offer direct or automatic product exchanges. To receive the desired item, please place a new order on our website.
