For Christmas 2024, we bring you a selection of new artisan panettoni and pandoro from top patisseries. True to TheHoneyland philosophy, our artisan panettone and pandoro are natural and made only with fresh ingredients: raw materials from a very short supply chain and flour from ancient grains.

For a Panettone and Pandoro that respect your health:

  • Made with live sourdough for a slow, natural leavening process lasting 3 days.
  • Free from semi-processed ingredients or powdered blends.
  • No added flavours, artificial or natural - just the finest ingredients and Madagascar vanilla.
  • Free from emulsifiers, colourings and preservatives.

Because of this, their shelf life is shorter compared to industrial products..

All our artisan panettoni will be freshly made for TheHoneyland customers from the end of November. Available in the following varieties: TraditionalTraditional with Ancient GrainsEcuadorian ChocolateVegan Dark Chocolate and Gianduja. New for 2024: Classic Pandoro - no raisins or candied fruit.
