Fresh ingredients
It is a chocolate panettone made with the finest ingredients:
- type 0 wheat flour, less refined and healthier than the Type 00 flour usually used in haute patisserie,
- Trentino butter from centrifuged cream,
- single-origin Ecuadorian chocolate of the Arriba variety, 62%
- organic Tuscan honey,
- Madagascar Bourbon vanilla in beans (not powder)
In our artisan panettone you will not find
- refined vegetable fats (palm oil, sunflower oil, mono and polyunsaturated fats),
- powdered preparations or blends / powdered milk or eggs,
- barley malt, agave syrup,
- synthetic or similar natural flavourings
Instructions
Storage : Store in a cool, dry place below 22°C, avoid sudden changes in temperature.
After opening, store in the original tightly closed bag. Store at room temperature.
