Located at the crossroads of the Mediterranean, Oceanic, and mountain climates, our honey comes from a region with an extraordinary richness of melliferous plants.

From the Corbières to the forests of Ariège and the high mountains of the Pyrenees, our beekeepers harvest unique and precious honeys such as:

• White Fir Honeydew Honey (Miel de Sapin)
• Rosemary Honey
• Rhododendron Honey from altitudes over 1800 meters

These high-quality artisanal organic honeys have received numerous awards at national French competitions, including the prestigious Concours Général Agricole de Paris from 1991 to 2002.

All of our honeys are raw and limited in production.
