Organic Almonds from Italy

We bring you the best organic almonds in Italy, from our small producers operating in pristine and vocated areas of our country: 

  • Filippo Cea and Genco, native varieties from Apulia region
  • Pizzuta d'Avola and Fascionello, native varieties from Noto (Sicily) which are Slow FOOD Presidia - and impossible to reproduce in other territories.

Unlike super-intensive farming, our almond production is limited, but the taste and nutritional profile of the fruits make them really stand out.

More over, traditional methods are used for processing the almonds. Harvested only when fully ripe in the summer, these organic almonds are sun-dried, not oven-dried.
