This 100% almond cream is a fine product that offers you the pure and intense flavour of organic Filippo Cea and Genco almonds, grown by our producers in Minervino Murge, at the gateway to the Alta Murgia National Park.

The entire production chain takes place on the same farm. After harvesting, the selection phase is still done manually to select only the best fruit and guarantee the best quality product.
The almonds are then gently roasted to enhance their flavour and processed to obtain a fine, creamy paste. Nothing is added and the almond cream obtained is 100% pure and natural.
The presence of the skin gives this cream a strong flavour.
