PACKAGING AND SHIPPING COSTS

📦 Shipping in Italy

• InPost lockers and pickup points: €3.90 – free from €49 · delivery in 3-5 business days
• BRT Fermopoint: €5.20 – €2.90 from €49 – free from €89 · delivery in 2-3 business days
• Express delivery to your preferred address: €6.90 – free from €89 · delivery in 1-2 business days in Central and Northern Italy, 2-3 in Southern Italy and the islands

Thresholds are based on the value of the products, after discounts. At checkout you will see the options available for your order and their cost.

Fresh products (e.g. royal jelly): Express delivery to your address or collection from a BRT Fermopoint. InPost locker and pickup point collection is not available.

Cash on delivery: only for orders placed by phone or email, with Express delivery and a €3.50 surcharge.

🌍 Shipping within Europe

We ship to many European Union countries by express courier, with full tracking. Shipping starts from €11.40 and depends on the destination country and the weight and size of your order. The cost is calculated at checkout before payment. Rates by country are listed on our Shipping & Delivery page.

⏱️ Order preparation and tracking

We prepare your order and hand it over to the carrier within 24-48 business hours of payment. The delivery times above are estimates and are counted from that moment. Once your parcel has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

♻️ Plastic-free packaging

Since 2013 our parcels have been completely plastic-free: we use only recyclable paper and cardboard. Every order is packed by hand with heavy-duty, shock-absorbing cardboard protection, so everything arrives intact.
