Two Exceptional Varieties :

  • Mullet bottarga of Cabras: Renowned as "Sardinian caviar," this premium bottarga is considered the finest in the world. Produced exclusively with roe from muggine fish caught in the pristine Cabras Lagoon, it embodies the essence of Sardinian culinary heritage.

  • Atlantic Mullet Bottarga: Sourced from wild-caught muggine in FAO Zone 34, this bottarga offers a slightly milder flavor profile while retaining the rich, umami essence of Sardinian bottarga. For added convenience, it is also available pre-grated in a jar.
