Description

This mullet bottarga can be used in various ways, but the most famous recipe remains "Spaghetti with mullet bottarga" .

The bottarga is grated on pasta (spaghetti or tagliatelle) or rice:

  • Cut into thin slices to embellish salads or stewed vegetables.
  • In the culinary tradition of Sardinia it is frequently used in combination with artichokes
Storage : always store in the fridge. Once opened we recommend wrapping the bottarga in our beeswax film which prevents the formation of condensation and mould.
