Organic Italian bee pollen, collected by beekeepers selected by TheHoneyland and gently dehydrated at low temperatures.
We personally select both the beekeepers we work with and the territories where the pollen is collected, choosing Italian productions with a clear origin and a supply chain we know firsthand. Our selection includes organic bee pollen from natural areas of Piedmont, Basilicata and Sardinia, each with its own distinctive characteristics shaped by the local vegetation and flowering plants.
Why We Choose Low-Temperature Dehydrated Pollen
Freshly collected pollen naturally contains moisture. To preserve it and make it available throughout the year, it can be gently dehydrated.
Our beekeepers use a controlled-temperature process below 35°C, designed to reduce moisture without exposing the pollen to high temperatures.
The result is an organic dehydrated pollen that retains a character closer to fresh pollen, both in its sensory qualities and in the way it is processed, than pollen subjected to more intensive heat treatment.
Italian, Organic and Traceable Bee Pollen
Organic certification is an important requirement for us, but it is only one part of how we select our products.
We have been working directly for years with beekeepers we know and trust, supporting productions rooted in specific territories and flowering seasons. **Each pollen has its own character**, shaped by the vegetation, the flowers in bloom and the natural environment where the bees collected it.
