Storage after vacuum opening: the product can also be stored in its original bag, tightly closed to avoid contact with air and humidity. In this case we recommend consumption within a maximum of 15 days.

Once the vacuum package has been opened, to maintain the nutritional properties we recommend placing the almonds in the fridge wrapped in cling film with organic beeswax.
Daily consumption : international nutritional guides recommend eating around 30 g of nuts per day, such as hazelnuts, almonds and walnuts. To be consumed plain as a snack or for breakfast.
IN THE KITCHEN
- To prepare chopped raw almonds in sweet or savory dishes - as a topping for cakes or in pasta.
- To prepare almond milk or an organic almond cream with raw honey.
- To increase the bioavailability of nutrients we recommend consuming them after soaking (about 8 hours), exactly like legumes. In this case they must then be consumed immediately.
