This is a version of the classic panettone for people with lactose intolerance. Made with the finest organic ingredients:

  • Organic wheat flour type 0, less refined and healthier than the type 00 flour usually used in haute patisserie,
  • Organic Tuscan olive oil,
  • Organic cocoa butter,
  • Organic Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans (not powder).

In our artisan oil panettone you will not find
