Melì Respir is an organic balsamic honey with all the ingredients handcrafted in Corsica : raw honey , propolis , larch pine and green myrtle essential oils . Recipe designed by a pharmacist specializing in Aromatherapy who praises the properties of propolis and essential oils from Corsica.

A 100% natural remedy that is very effective in case of colds, bronchitis and coughs. Very useful to always have at home in case of need but also as prevention.

Méli Respir is produced in small batches with always fresh ingredients, 100% organic from Corsica :

  • raw honey: antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
  • propolis: antibacterial and antiviral properties.
  • green myrtle essential oil : expectorant and decongestant properties. Recommended in case of respiratory disorders.
  • Laricio pine essential oil : antiseptic and expectorant properties. Recommended to decongest the ENT sphere and facilitate breathing.

HIGH QUALITY ORGANIC :

The honey and propolis are produced by our beekeeper Marlène Hahusseau while the essential oils are from a small artisan producer, both from Cap Corse, one of the wildest and most uncontaminated places in all of Corsica

This is why honey, propolis and essential oils are free of antibiotics, pesticides, hormones, pesticides and heavy metals.

It can be taken directly by letting it slowly dissolve in the mouth.

Balsamic drink : dissolved in a warm drink, possibly an organic cough herbal tea capable of enhancing the balsamic aspect of propolis and essentials. It is important that the water does not exceed 35-40° to avoid losing all the active ingredients of the essential oil and the enzymes naturally present in honey.

We recommend:

  • half a teaspoon three times a day in case of colds and mild coughs.
  • 2-3 teaspoons in case of nasal congestion, strong and persistent cough.
Notes : Recommended for children aged 10 and over

Storage : store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.

Excellent super against coughs!

A little strong

It's certainly good but I find it a little too intense.
I prefer oikos honey with mountain pine, "alpine"!
