International health guidelines recommend regular intake, in rotation with other dried fruit, as part of a varied, correct and balanced diet.
To be consumed naturally:
As a snack or for breakfast: nutritionists recommend eating approx. 30 g of hazelnuts per day (20 hazelnuts).
To prepare chopped raw shelled hazelnuts in sweet or savory dishes (either as a topping for cakes or in pasta).
Warnings : people with a full-blown allergy to hazelnuts should avoid taking this food.
Standard storage : Store in a cool, dry place and at the recommended temperature of 18-20°C with humidity not exceeding 55%.
To maintain the nutritional properties once the vacuum package has been opened, we recommend placing the hazelnuts in the fridge wrapped in cling film with organic beeswax. For 250 g of hazelnuts the measurement of 30*30 is perfect.
