Honey from the Mountains of Basilicata Region
This limited production honey is harvested exclusively from wild
flowers in the Lucanian Dolomites in the area of Castelmezzano, listed among the ‘Borghi più belli d'Italia’.
Due to the location of the beehives at around 800 metres altitude in
an untouched area - rich in biodiversity, the bees of our beekeeper
make a truly outstanding honey.

This gift is 100% environmentally friendly, made entirely from
natural materials:

Organic Sulla Honey
A sweet and delicate honey with subtle aromatic and very pleasant
nuances.
It is thick and creamy and gradually crystallises making it excellent for spreading.
Organic Wildflower Honey
In this honey are prevailing hawthorn, dandelion, blackthorn, turnip blossom and some oak honeydew.
It is a sweet honey with subtle aromatic and very pleasant nuances.
High quality organic honeys
All our raw honeys are extracted exclusively by centrifugation from
wax sealed honeycombs and perfectly matured by the bees.
They do not undergo any heat treatment or artificial
intervention, unlike many commercial honeys,
thus preserving their nutritional and organoleptic properties intact.
