In the shadow of Cusco, the ancient Inca capital, traditional Chuncho cacao has survived the passage of time. This powerful 100% Cusco preserves this ancient cocoa miracle and its guardian, the giant condor.

Tasting notes

  • Primary notes: Dried flowers and grass.
  • Secondary notes: Savoury spices, nuts, tropical fruit and lemon.
  • Chocolate strength: Chocolatey, dark and creamy, full-bodied.

Chocolate has many flavours. The fun of tasting real chocolate is to take your time.
Let each piece melt slowly in your mouth. Resist the urge to bite.
The flavours change as the chocolate is eaten, so wait for the aftertaste.

Storage: in a cool, dry place. The ideal storage temperature is between 16°C and 22°C.
