Our Organic Colomba is a traditional easter cake that fully expresses the craftsmanship in its preparation: it has a beautiful alveolation, rich with fine candied orange (pieces and paste) and a sprinkling of Madagascar vanilla. It smells of good butter with hints of toast and yeast.

The candied fruit is very fresh, aromatic and juicy. Excellent glaze with a very smooth texture.

This organic Colomba cake is made with the finest ingredients from a very short supply chain:

  • Type 1 organic flour from ancient Tuscan cereals (Verna and Gentil Rosso). Unrefined to preserve the most nutritious parts of the grain.
  • Trentino butter from centrifuged cream
  • Sicilian almonds
  • Tuscan honey
  • Madagascar vanilla beans (not powder)

  • refined vegetable fats (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, palm oil, sunflower oil)
  • powdered preparations or mixtures (milk, egg or vanilla)
  • Barley malt, agave syrup,
  • synthetic or similar natural flavourings,

Certified organic product

If you want, you can serve it slightly warmed in the oven (off) at 150° for 1 minute.

Being a fresh baked product, to fully enjoy our colomba we recommend eating it immediately, without letting it age.

Storage : in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. To best store it in the pantry, you just need to close the internal bag tightly.

    Impasto leggero e per nulla pesante, anche se questa colomba si presenta ricca di ottimi ingredienti.... finisce anche troppo presto!!! Pasqua non è ancora arrivata ma la colomba è già sparita....da ricomprare sicuramente
