Description
Grown in the Ilam region of Nepal, this high mountain Himalayan Dragon Oolong tea is made from the finest tea varieties. Mature leaves are hand-picked during the summer season and naturally sun-dried on traditional bamboo trays.
They are then skilfully processed at a medium oxidation level of 60-65% and hand-rolled to preserve their unique character.

An ideal oolong tea to enjoy in the afternoon.
It's also excellent served cold, making it a perfect choice for the summer season. A refreshing and energising drink to keep you hydrated under the hot summer sun.
Preparation: Use still mineral water for best results. A terracotta or ceramic teapot is recommended.
Quantity:About 3 grams (1 heaping teaspoon) per 150ml of freshly boiled water.
Temperature: 80-85 °C

Infusion time: 4 minutes
Tips:Best enjoyed as a snack, either on its own or lightly sweetened with a drizzle of organic honey. Avoid sugar and artificial sweeteners.
