Description

Excellent organic honey harvested in the splendid Sinni Valley .

The hives are immersed in absolutely uncontaminated nature. There is no agriculture but only grazing areas. We are at the foot of Mount Cutugno, an area between the Pollino National Park and the Lucanian Apennines National Park .

In these places, la sulla grows spontaneously and dyes the hills pink. A wonderful sight that corresponds to the yellow color of the hive.

This organic honey is very delicate , reminiscent of biscuits in taste, with a buttery and enveloping note that leaves no aftertaste. It crystallizes quickly with fine-grained crystals. A honey whose sweetness and delicacy represents an excellent alternative to the classic acacia honey. Much appreciated by children.

Sulla Alveus honey is produced using organic beekeeping methods, not pasteurized . It is raw honey that has not undergone any heat treatment.
