Excellent organic sulla honey harvested in the beautiful Valle del Sinni.

The beehives are immersed in absolutely uncontaminated nature. There is no agriculture, only areas used for grazing. We are at the foot of Monte Cutugno, an area between the Pollino National Park and the Lucan Apennine National Park.

In these places, the sulla grows spontaneously and paints the hills pink. A wonderful spectacle that corresponds to the yellowing of the hive.

This organic sulla honey is very delicate, with a taste reminiscent of biscuits, a buttery and enveloping note that leaves no aftertaste. It crystallizes quickly with fine-grained crystals. A honey that, for its sweetness and delicacy, represents an excellent alternative to classic acacia honey. Much appreciated by children.

Alveus sulla honey is produced using organic beekeeping methods, unpasteurized. It is a raw honey that has not undergone any heat treatment.
