Excellent organic sulla honey, harvested in the beautiful Sinni Valley.

The beehives are located in completely unspoilt natural surroundings. There is no agriculture, only land used for grazing. We are located at the foot of Monte Cutugno, between the Pollino National Park and the Lucanian Apennines National Park.

Here, sulla grows spontaneously, painting the hills pink. It is a wonderful spectacle that corresponds to the yellowing of the hive.

This delicate organic sulla honey has a taste reminiscent of biscuits with a buttery, enveloping flavour that leaves no aftertaste. It crystallises quickly, forming fine-grained crystals. This honey, with its sweetness and delicacy, is an excellent alternative to classic acacia honey. It is particularly popular with children.

Alveus Sulla honey is produced using organic beekeeping methods and is unpasteurised. It is a raw honey that has not undergone any heat treatment.
