Preparation :
Doses : 3 g of infusion (about 1 teaspoon) for 1 mug, 250 ml
For 1 litre, 12 g (about 4 teaspoons).
Infused at 100°C for 6/8 minutes.
Excellent cold as a thirst-quenching drink.
Use of fruit pieces: The pieces of the filtered infusion can be eaten and, if added, make fruit salad, ice cream and yoghurt very tasty.
