Instructions
Tips: It is caffeine free and can be drunk at any time of the day.
Preparation:
Dosage: 3 grams of infusion (about 1 teaspoon) per 200 ml cup.
For 1 litre, 12 grams (about 4 teaspoons).
Infuse at 100°C for 6-10 minutes, then allow to cool until it's ready to drink.
Excellent hot or cold.
