Description
This organic multifloral honey is harvested in the Veio Nature Reserve in Lazio, Italy. Spanning 15,600 hectares, the park is home to 730 plant species, including some that are particularly important due to their rarity, relic status, or significant ecological and biogeographical interest.
Ignazio Pizzoni's apiaries are strategically positioned on a hillside within the park. This lush and vast forest, interspersed with flowering meadows rich in a wide variety of plants and flowers, is a true paradise for bees.
Prevailing blossoms
The main flowers in this multifloral honey are borage, clover, acacia, tree of heaven and vetch.
Characteristics:
