An artisanal panettone that preserves tradition, in the orange and chocolate variant and strictly certified organic.

This Organic Panettone is made exclusively for The Honeyland by a small pastry laboratory in Milan, through a completely artisanal (NOT industrial) process, which still lasts 72 hours today.

A panettone made unique by the fragrant combination of organic candied oranges from Calabria and organic dark chocolate , embellished with the unique flavor of the organic Sulla honey from the Lucanian Dolomites from our beekeepers.

This panettone requires experience and skill as its preparation is much more complex than the traditional artisanal panettone from Milan.

It is a delicious panettone, made with fresh organic raw materials , as per the ancient recipe:

• only with mother yeast (not beer or other industrial enzymes)
• fresh organic butter from Emilia Romagna
• fresh organic Italian eggs (not freeze-dried)
• organic dark chocolate
• organic candied oranges from Calabria
• Honey from Sulla organic beekeepers The Honeyland
• Vanilla from organic berries (no synthetic aromas or essential oils of dubious origin)

The panettone has a slow natural leavening for about 32 hours.

The use of live mother yeast, refreshed several times a day, gives our panettone a unique softness and aroma. A delicious and more digestible dessert.

• refined fats (palm oil, sunflower oil, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids),
• barley malt, agave syrup,
• synthetic or natural-like flavourings,
