
Description
A honey harvested on the hills of Oltrepò Pavese in the first days of June. The bees collect nectar among the typical flowers of the low hills: blackberry , ailanthus , clover , and sweet clover.
It is a honey with a predominantly light color which can vary from year to year based on the blooms present. And the aroma is also more or less marked, but always delicately scented . A honey that crystallizes quickly.
This honey is produced according to organic beekeeping methods. It is not pasteurized , extracted by cold centrifugation and has not undergone any heat treatment. A raw honey.
Collection area : beyond Pavese.
