Description
This organic wild raspberry honey is harvested in Val di Zoldo , in the Belluno Dolomites.
After the 2018 VAIA storm which knocked down thousands of trees in the Dolomites, nature, as always happens, regenerated itself and many wild raspberries grew in the area where the bees of our beekeeper Renato Panciera live.
For the first time in 2023, thanks to the abundant blooms, bees collected the sweet nectar from raspberry flowers and thus this rare honey could be produced.
