This peppermint essential oil is sourced from certified organic farms in Italy. No pesticides or chemical fertilisers have been used in the cultivation of the peppermint.
Method of extraction: Steam distillation with pure water, without the use of chemical solvents.

Instructions
Tips for using peppermint essential oil:
- to perfume the room and help concentration, pour a few drops into the radiator diffuser or humidifier
- in case of headaches it is an excellent remedy rubbed on the temples, behind the ears and on the cervical reflex areas.
Place 1 drop behind each ear.
Warnings : do not apply mint essential oil in its pure state because it can be very irritating. Pay attention to the eyes, as it is highly irritating to the mucous membranes. Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding and under 8 years of age.
Contraindications : at high concentrations it can induce laryngospasm and irritate vocal cords and nasal mucosa. Avoid use in case of epilepsy and other nervous disorders.
