Our organic artisan Colomba cake is a traditional cake that fully expresses the craftsmanship in its preparation: it has a beautiful honeycomb structure, rich with fine candied orange (pieces and paste) and a sprinkling of Madagascar vanilla. It smells of good butter with hints of toast and yeast. Very fresh, aromatic and succulent candied fruit.

Organic wheat flour type 0, less refined and healthier than the type 00 flour usually used in haute patisserie,

Organic Madagascan vanilla in beans (not powder).

Being a fresh baked product, to fully enjoy our colomba we recommend eating it immediately, without letting it age.

Storage : in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. To best store it in the pantry, you just need to close the internal bag tightly.
