A treasure among honeys, challenging to produce
Harvested in the Alpine valleys at the foot of Sestriere, at an altitude of 1,600 meters (5,250 feet). Here, nature is pristine, and the result is a unique honey.
A symphony of alpine wildflowers
In this production, the predominant blooms are white clover, wild thyme, which gives it an intense aromatic note, and the characteristic high mountain meadow flowers of the Alpine valleys.
A visual delight
The color is dark amber, tending to crystallize with fine crystals, and when crystallized, the color becomes lighter.
An explosion of flavor
Its flavor is unmistakable, very fruity and floral. This Alpine Flower Honey is produced according to organic beekeeping methods, is unpasteurized, and has not undergone any heat treatment.
