
Description
This EVO oil is made from a blend of Coratina, Ogliarola Barese and Leccino olives. Sourced from certified organic olive groves in northern Apulia, it has a low acidity (0.17-0.20) and a medium fruity flavour profile with balanced bitter and spicy notes.
The olives are harvested at the ideal stage of ripeness and cold pressed (<27°C) the same day. The oil is stored in stainless steel tanks under nitrogen to preserve its quality over time.

Storage : to maintain the quality of our oil over time, keep away from light and heat sources (ideal storage temperature is 14-18 °C).
