Description
A 100% pure mountain pine essential oil which is obtained exclusively from wild plants from the Barbiano Alp in Alto Adige, between 1500 and 2000 m.
Here in summer the twigs of wild mountain pines are collected, respecting nature and with a view to safeguarding and maintaining the tree population. Subsequently, the twigs and branches are left to dry in the sun for about two weeks. This allows excess water to evaporate. Subsequently the branches are cut into small pieces and processed at the distillery with a delicate steam extraction .
A long and delicate process where the steam extracts the essential oil drop by drop. Only fresh needles and thin pine twigs are used to produce this organic mountain pine essential oil .
A few drops of this extraordinary essential oil and your home will be pervaded by the scent of the forest after the rain, you will feel like you are walking in the mountains of South Tyrol.

Instructions
Tips for using mountain pine essential oil:
- in diffusers or humidifiers, 3-4 drops for better air quality.
- in case of colds and bronchitis 3-4 drops diluted in 2 liters of hot water (fumes - fumigations) has an expectorant action.
- in the bathtub add 4 drops with a spoonful of organic honey for an emulsifying effect.
- To combat coughs, slowly dissolve 5 drops on a spoonful of organic honey in your mouth.
- rub on bruises, strains, muscle strains, inflammation (possibly mix with base oil).
- as a sauna infusion approx. 5-10 drops diluted in half a liter of water.
