Description
HARVEST AREA. This pollen is collected exclusively from wild flora in an uncontaminated area of Sardinia: on the southern slopes of the Monte Arci Park - Ales countryside, from beehives located at an altitude of about 250 metres above sea level. It is a park of inestimable naturalistic value, where a large part of the typical Sardinian vegetation can be found.
ORGANIC QUALITY. Organic pollen collected in a natural park where plants and bees are not accidentally contaminated by pesticides, herbicides and heavy metals, as is the case with other pollens collected near intensive crops or urban centres.
BLOOMS. The flowers that predominate in this pollen are those of asphodel, cistus, sulla and lavender. For this reason, it is an organic pollen with truly unique organoleptic and nutritional properties.
According to recent research, cistus pollen contains 20 times more carotenoids than chestnut pollen and 16 types of flavonoids with important antioxidant activity (including kaempferol, quercetin, myricetin, isorhamnetin).
LOCAL PROCESSING. Freshly harvested pollen is cold dehumidified at less than 30°C: a temperature lower than that of the hive, directly in the laboratory of the beekeeper Luigi Manias, avoiding any further transport for processing. In this way the active ingredients in the pollen are preserved and the taste is better.
Flavour: sweet, floral, aromatic.
Properties of wild flower pollen: excellent tonic, effective in prostate problems, against stress, improves concentration.

Instructions
How to use :
Every single dehumidified organic pollen grain contains active enzymes in a concentrated form. The digestive system may not be accustomed to such a rich form of food. It is recommended to introduce pollen into your diet gradually.
Do not cook or add the granules to hot food. Heat destroys active enzymes and reduces nutritional value.
Fasting is the most suitable time to consume pollen, which can be taken, for example, after a herbal tea (before breakfast) or between meals. It can be consumed alone, accompanied by a cold drink or a teaspoon of honey.
Recommended doses* :
The optimal dose varies based on individual needs and the type of supplementation. As a nutritional supplement to improve nutrition the doses are:
Adults : 10-20 grams/day (2 teaspoons - 12 g)
Children : 5 grams/day for children (approx. 1 teaspoon).
For therapeutic use the doses can be increased according to the indications of your specialist.
Warnings : Before taking a whole dose of pollen it is very important to test for possible allergic reactions by ingesting just one granule. Some allergy sufferers may have different reactions to the product. Gradually increase over a week until you reach a normal dose.
Storage method : once the package has been opened, it is recommended to store it in the fridge tightly closed.
