Description
Organic Honey Vinegar with Infusion of Italian Organic Herbs
Pristine Honey Vinegar still produced today according to an ancient Piedmontese recipe from the 1600s
A true well-being at the table as this vinegar manages to extract from the medicinal plants a good part of the active ingredients with antioxidant properties and make them available to our body.
Orleans Method: Ancient production method
The Orleans method, now a SlowFood presidium, is a rare artisanal technique that allows the vinegar to undergo slow and natural acetification in oak barrels (oak wood) for at least 8 months. The result is a high-quality honey vinegar with an aromatic flavor.
Organic honey from Albero della Vita beekeeping is used to produce this precious vinegar.
Aceto dei 4 Ladroni
Unlike industrial honey vinegars, Albero della Vita beekeeping vinegar is processed entirely raw, following the slow method and is not pasteurized.
During the processing phase, the medicinal herbs are left to macerate in infusion in this wonderful honey vinegar for about 60 days and then refined for another 6 months in barrels. They are all carefully selected local organic medicinal herbs:
Sage, Rosemary, Lavender Thyme
Characteristics: These herbs give this flavored vinegar a more pronounced aroma and flavor compared to pure organic honey vinegar. It has a slight predominance of lavender, it is decisive but not aggressive on the palate.
Benefits
Only this production method allows acetobacter, enzymes and vitamins to develop and remain alive in honey vinegar, from which the beneficial properties derive. See directions.
Any sedimentation that may form is proof of the genuineness of the product.
Minimum acidity of 6%, more delicate and less aggressive on the stomach compared to common vinegars thanks to the high quality of the raw material and careful processing.
