Massimo Carpinteri's Organic Honey Vinegar is a premium product with limited production.
Still produced today with the Orleans method, a rare traditional technique that allows the vinegar to undergo slow and natural acetification in oak barrels (oak wood) for at least 8 months. The entire production process takes about 3 years.
The result is a high-quality artisanal organic honey vinegar with a sweet and delicate flavor with a slight hint of honey.
Acidity level 6%: milder and less aggressive on the stomach compared to common vinegars thanks to the high quality of the raw material and careful processing.
RAW HONEY VINEGAR: Unlike industrial honey vinegars, Albero della Vita honey vinegar is processed completely raw and unpasteurized.
For this reason it contains the mother of vinegar, a solution that forms at the bottom of the bottle, composed of acetic bacteria and that remains after the fermentation process. Vinegars subjected to pasteurization and filtration are completely transparent precisely because the acetic bacteria are destroyed.
Only this production method allows the acetobacter, enzymes and vitamins from which the beneficial properties derive to be kept alive in the honey vinegar. (see directions). Any sedimentation that may form is proof of the genuineness of the product.
Ingredients Albero della Vita honey vinegar:
- Only with unpasteurized organic honey from beekeeper Massimo Carpinteri, rich in mineral salts such as potassium, phosphorus, calcium and iron, and vitamins A, B and PP. Obtained without the use of chemical treatments.
- Pure quality water
- Without the use of added additives and preservatives (sulfites): contains only sulfites naturally present during the acetification process.

Instructions
In addition to being an exceptional salad dressing and marinade, unpasteurized honey vinegar has many uses:
Digestive tonic : For everyday intestinal health, mix 1 teaspoon of honey vinegar in a cup of water at room temperature in which you have dissolved a teaspoon of raw honey. To drink on an empty stomach.
Sore throat : Gargle with a mixture composed of:
1 tablespoon honey vinegar;
2 tablespoons of water;
1 teaspoon raw honeydew honey;
1 teaspoon raw honey with ginger
Skin toner: Diluted in water 1:4, it is an excellent toner for all skin types.
Acne-prone skin: Helps prepare the skin before applying the propolis cream or the natural clay and propolis anti-pimple mask.
