The True Lavender essential oil chosen by The Honeyland can be used:
- in diffusers or humidifiers, 3-4 drops to perfume the environment and improve air quality.
- Relaxing baths: add 4 drops with a spoonful of organic honey to release tension.
- Massage: Mix lavender essential oil with a carrier oil such as hazelnut oil or sesame oil, you can use it for relaxing and soothing massages.
- Skin Care: Can be applied directly to the skin or mixed 2-3 drops into lotions or massage oil (such as The Honyeland Hazelnut and Sesame Oils) to address minor skin concerns. Very useful in case of lice
- Treatment of burns: Lavender oil is useful for treating minor burns. Apply it gently to the affected area after cooling the area with cold water.
- Sleep Promotion: Before going to bed, diffuse lavender essential oil or apply it to your pillow to promote restful sleep.
- as a sauna infusion approx. 5-10 drops diluted in half a liter of water.
- Insect Repellent: It is known to repel insects such as mosquitoes. You can apply it to your skin or spread it to keep bugs away.
- Dose sparingly, high doses can irritate the mucous membranes.
- Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. IN CASE OF CONTACT WITH EYES: rinse thoroughly for several minutes. Remove any contact lenses if it is easy to do so. Continue rinsing.
- Avoid contact with irritated or cut skin. /ul> If you experience any adverse reactions such as skin rash, acute irritation, discontinue use.
If you experience reactions such as dizziness or nausea, consult a doctor immediately.
Avoid on children under 3 years of age, during pregnancy and during breastfeeding. Storage:
Store the product in a dry place and away from heat sources (in the summer we recommend keeping it in the fridge).
The expiry date refers to the product in intact packaging and correctly stored.
