Every order from TheHoneyland is carefully prepared by hand using protective packaging made from paper and cardboard (100% plastic-free). This ensures that our organic, fresh, and nutraceutical products arrive safely at their destination, securely protected and with minimal environmental impact.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we ship to most European countries using express courier services such as DPD, GLS, FedEx.
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the weight of the parcel. The exact shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout before completing your order.

Can I have my order delivered to my hotel or accommodation in Italy?
Yes. Many international customers order from TheHoneyland while traveling in Italy and choose to have their products delivered directly to their hotel, holiday home, or accommodation.
To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide:
- The full name of the guest who made the reservation
- The complete address of the hotel or accommodation
We recommend informing the hotel reception in advance about the incoming package.
How long does delivery take?
If all products are available in stock, we prepare and hand over your order to the courier within 1-2 working days (for orders placed Monday to Friday).
Once shipped, delivery times are usually:
- 2-3 working days for most European countries;
- 24 hours for Northern and Central Italy;
- 24-48 hours for Southern Italy and the Islands.
During the summer months, unless specifically requested, we avoid shipping on Fridays to reduce the risk of parcels remaining in courier warehouses over the weekend, thereby preserving product quality.
How much does shipping cost within Italy?
Free Shipping: For all orders over € 89 (with standard GLS/Poste Business shipping).
Shipping Costs
Domestic shipping starts from € 5.90. The exact rate for your order is automatically calculated in your cart before payment, based on the destination, weight, and overall dimensions of your order.
How can I track my shipment?
As soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email containing your tracking link. By clicking on the link, you can check the shipment status and the expected delivery date in real time.
How does refrigerated shipping work?
Some products are particularly sensitive to temperature, such as fresh royal jelly. To preserve their freshness and quality, we offer a dedicated refrigerated shipping service.
We use:
- Certified insulated bags;
- Reusable cooling gel packs;
These materials help maintain a cool and stable temperature for approximately 48/72 hours. To avoid parcels remaining in warehouses over the weekend, refrigerated shipments are dispatched only on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Can I change my delivery address?
Before shipment: If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone so we can correct it before the parcel leaves our warehouse.
After shipment: you will receive a notification from the courier once the shipment is active. From that message, you may be able to modify your delivery options or redirect the parcel to a pickup point.
Do you use plastic in your packaging?
No. We have been completely plastic-free since 2013, eliminating plastic from all our packaging and filling materials and choosing only recyclable paper and cardboard.
As more than 90% of our products are packaged in glass, every order is carefully prepared by hand using thick, protective cardboard solutions designed to minimize the risk of breakage during transport. It requires more care and higher material costs, but it allows us to offer safe deliveries while respecting the environment.
