Where can I see the details of all my orders?

In the Account section it is possible to recall all the details of current and past orders. Remember that our staff is at your disposal to provide you with further information.

Can I change the details of a recently completed order?

It is not possible to make changes to a completed order, nor to combine multiple orders into a single shipment.

Can I change the shipping address of a current order?

For security reasons we cannot change the address indicated for delivery of the package.

Can I delete my account?

Of course, if you no longer wish to be a member of The Honeyland you can contact us to request deletion of your account.
