Service Cost
Refrigerated packaging is an optional add-on service. The cost varies based on the quantity and volume the product and is calculated automatically in your shopping cart.
Refrigerated packaging cost starts from €4.00.
My product does not have refrigerated packaging available, what should I do?
If you have special packaging requirements for a product that does not yet include refrigerated packaging, please contact Customer Service.
Refrigerated pouches
We provide an innovative isothermal pouch that keeps temperatures cool for approximately 48 hours. Inside, a suitable amount of cooling gel will be added based on the size of the package and the outdoor temperature.
Our isothermal packaging is produced in solvent-less plants and is certified for food contact and the transport of medicines. It is washable and reusable, as is the cooling gel.
