Description

The precious Bonizzoni acacia honey collected in the Oltrepò Pavese , a succession of changing and surprising landscapes , between hills , villages and castles and where you go from the plain to the Apennines in just a few kilometres.

Immersed in these splendid natural landscapes, the bees of Bonizzoni beekeeping, in the month of May, collect nectar from locust blossoms from which this delicious and natural organic acacia honey is then produced.

The flavor is decidedly sweet and delicate . A light scent of vanilla candy makes it unmistakable .

An acacia honey among the best in Italy which does not alter the flavors and therefore suitable for sweetening teas, herbal teas and infusions. Excellent paired with fresh and delicate cheeses.

Collection area : beyond Pavese.

Production method : a honey produced with organic beekeeping methods, maintaining the artisan tradition:

obtained without the use of chemical treatments
collected in pristine areas
