This precious Bonizzoni Acacia Honey is collected in the Oltrepò Pavese, a succession of varied and surprising landscapes, among hills, villages and castles, where you can go from the plain to the Apennines in just a few kilometres.

Immersed in these splendid natural landscapes, in the month of May, the bees of the Bonizzoni apiary collect the nectar of the locust blossom, from which this delicious and natural organic acacia honey is made.

The flavour is decidedly sweet and delicate. A light scent of vanilla candy makes it unmistakable.

One of the best organic acacia honeys in Italy, it does not alter the flavour and is therefore ideal for sweetening teas, herbal teas and infusions. Excellent with fresh and delicate cheeses.

Production method : A honey produced with organic beekeeping methods, respecting the artisan tradition:

• obtained without the use of chemical treatments
• collected in uncontaminated areas
• Unpasteurised and without any heat treatment, it has a high nutritional value.
