Our beekeeper Massimo Carpinteri managed to produce his excellent organic acacia honey .

Its hives are located in the hills of Asti and Monferrato in almost uninhabited areas where there is a flora similar to that of the Piedmont Prealps.

A honey with a very light color, with the scent of white acacia flowers and vanilla. When tasted it is sweet and balanced, with hints of almond and sugared almonds

Organoleptic characteristics :

Consistency : remains liquid for a long time; it may darken slightly due to the formation of crystals, but never crystallizes completely.

Color : from almost colorless to straw yellow.

Odor : very light.

Flavour : very delicate, between vanilla candy and almond.

Production method : a honey produced with organic beekeeping methods, maintaining the artisan tradition: obtained without the use of chemical treatments
