A honey with a decidedly fruity flavour, it has an "enveloping" characteristic capable of harmonizing a variety of different flavours.

Description

After 3 years of non-production, this year our beekeeper Aldo Cella is one of the very few beekeepers to have managed to produce organic ailanthus honey even if in very limited quantities.

A honey of very limited production, stocks run out very quickly, harvested from the spontaneous blooms of this plant called the " tree of Paradise " due to its height.

Ailanthus honey has a medium sweet, fruity flavour . Reminiscent of white peach , with notes of muscat grapes and an aftertaste of peach tea .

The ailanthus honey from “Apicoltura Casa Pietra” is produced using organic beekeeping methods. It is not pasteurized . It is raw honey that has not undergone any heat treatment.

It appears crystallized with fine crystals.

Instructions

Due to its fruity flavor and its ability to harmonize a variety of different flavours, ailanthus honey is excellent:
