Description

A unique, particular, very rare honey, of limited production. Albaida honey (Anthyllis Cytisoides) And aloe flowers. It is the first organic honey in the world that can boast the pollen from the aloe vera flower in its pollen spectrum.

Albaida is a wild plant that prefers arid soil, typical of the warm areas of Andalusia, which blooms in conjunction with aloe.

The collected honey is light in color, has a flavor sweet and delicate , initially liquid, it crystallizes finely while remaining creamy.

Collected exclusively from beehives positioned inside the biodynamic aloe plantation, the same one from which the aloe is produced organic aloe vera juice . The plantation is located in a special protected area (SPA) between Sierra Almenara, Moreras and Cabo Cope which form a " NATURA 2000 network site "

The bees located in this particular natural area play an important role in the conservation of biodiversity. Only purebred bees are bred Iberian apis mellifera (a native bee with a characteristic black colour). Here permanent beekeeping is also practiced, without any stress for the bees.
