Description
Organic Albaida Honey and Aloe Vera: A rare and precious treasure
A honey unique in the world, born from the encounter between the wild Albaida and the precious Aloe Vera flowers. This organic honey, extremely rare and limited in production, is the first to boast the presence of Aloe Vera pollen in its pollen spectrum.
A sweet and delicate nectar, light in colour and creamy in consistency, it is the result of the cross-fertilisation between the Albaida, a typical wild plant of the warm lands of Andalusia, and the Aloe Vera, cultivated in biodynamic plantation, located in a protected area (SPA) within the NATURA 2000 network.
The bees, all Apis mellifera iberica (native black bee), play a fundamental role in the conservation of local biodiversity. Thanks to stationary beekeeping, the bees live without stress and produce artisanal, local and organic honey of the highest quality.
