A 2022 production honey, among the finest and very difficult to produce. Harvested in the Alpine valleys at the foot of Sestriere at altitudes of 1,600 m . Here nature is uncontaminated and the result is a unique honey.

In this production the prevalent blooms are sainfoin , wild thyme which gives it an intense aromatic note and high mountain meadow flowers characteristic of the Alpine valleys.

The color is dark amber , it tends to crystallize with fine crystals and when crystallized the color becomes lighter .

Its flavor is unmistakable, very fruity and floral . This Fiori delle Alpi honey is produced according to organic beekeeping methods. It is not pasteurized and has not undergone any heat treatment.

Very common and characteristic in this Alpine flower honey are the so-called marbling that appear in the crystallized product , which represent a simple aesthetic defect resulting from the retraction of the crystallized mass from the internal surface of the glass with the formation of whitish spots. We can say of a honey with marbling that it is handcrafted and has undergone as little manipulation as possible.
