The dough is soft and fragrant, made with strictly selected ingredients. No semi-finished mixes—only live sourdough starter (pasta madre) refreshed daily, allowing for a 36-hour spontaneous leavening. This ensures superior digestibility and an authentic, traditional taste.

Inside, you won't find candied fruits. In their place are rich Gianduja cubes that offer a velvety, melting texture. To finish, a decadent dark chocolate glaze with hazelnuts makes this Colomba truly special and irresistible.
