Sardinian blackberry honey is a very rare honey as it can only be produced in years in which the rains last until the month of July and for a land like Sardinia it is a truly rare event.

Collected from white blackberry flowers on the hills of southern Sardinia, blackberry honey is sweet and delicate, with a unique flavor of red fruits and jam.

A very rare honey that we really recommend you try.

Organoleptic characteristics

Consistency : rather liquid, tends to crystallize finely

Color : variable, the Sardinian blackberry is light amber

Smell : medium intense, of cooked fruit.

Taste : medium sweetness, of red fruits.

Production method : a honey produced with organic beekeeping methods, maintaining the artisan tradition: obtained without the use of chemical treatments, not patsorized, therefore with great nutritional value.
