Chestnut honey collected in the Predella / San Vittore area, Tabiano Castello di Salsomaggiore Terme with the colonies of the Casa Pietra farm.
A very delicate chestnut honey, due to the bramble component, while maintaining the typical "bitter" note. It will tend to crystallize slightly.
It has an amber color with reddish reflections, with a characteristic aroma and a mildly bitter flavor due to the presence of Bramble.
It is a honey to be used at the end of cooking in game meat or smoked pork chops.
Chestnut honey diluted with water and placed in the fridge is an excellent summer drink.
Production method : it is a honey produced with organic beekeeping methods by the beekeeper Aldo Cella:
