Our organic artisan Colomba cake is a traditional cake that fully expresses the craftsmanship in its preparation: it has a beautiful honeycomb structure, rich with fine candied orange (pieces and paste) and a sprinkling of Madagascar vanilla. It smells of good butter with hints of toast and yeast. Very fresh, aromatic and succulent candied fruit.

Fresh organic ingredients

This is a classic organic Colomba made with the finest ingredients from a very short supply chain:

  • Organic wheat flour type 0, less refined and healthier than the type 00 flour usually used in haute patisserie,
  • Organic Trentino butter made from centrifuged cream,
  • organic Sicilian almonds
  • Organic Tuscan honey,
  • Organic Madagascan vanilla in beans (not powder).

    Our handmade Colomba does not contain

    • refined vegetable fats (palm oil, sunflower oil, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids)
    • powdered preparations or mixtures / milk or egg powder
    • barley malt, agave syrup,
    • synthetic or similar natural flavourings

    Being a fresh baked product, to fully enjoy our colomba we recommend eating it immediately, without letting it age.

    Storage : in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. To best store it in the pantry, you just need to close the internal bag tightly.
