When cut, it reveals a very soft and fragrant dark dough. The combination of dark chocolate and blueberries is a real surprise for the palate, with a refined taste that satisfies the demands of the sweet tooth.

This handcrafted Colomba is made with a base of live mother dough, refreshed 3 times a day, and organic Tuscan wild blueberries. The natural sourdough gives it a unique texture: soft, fluffy and honeycombed.

Fresh organic ingredients

This is an organic italian Colomba cake made with the finest ingredients from a very short supply chain:

wheat flour type 0, less refined and healthier than the type 00 flour usually used in haute patisserie,
Trentino butter made from centrifuged cream,
candied Italian wild blueberries,
dark chocolate
Tuscan honey,
Madagascar vanilla beans (not powder).

Free from:

Refined vegetable fats (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, palm oil, sunflower oil),
powdered preparations or mixtures (milk, egg or vanilla)
Barley malt, agave syrup,
synthetic or similar natural flavourings,
colours and preservatives

Instructions

Storage : in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. To best store it in the pantry, you just need to close the internal bag tightly.
