Fresh organic ingredients
This is an organic italian Colomba cake made with the finest ingredients from a very short supply chain:
- wheat flour type 0, less refined and healthier than the type 00 flour usually used in haute patisserie,
- Trentino butter made from centrifuged cream,
- candied Italian wild blueberries,
- dark chocolate
- Tuscan honey,
- Madagascar vanilla beans (not powder).
Free from:
- Refined vegetable fats (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, palm oil, sunflower oil),
- powdered preparations or mixtures (milk, egg or vanilla)
- Barley malt, agave syrup,
- synthetic or similar natural flavourings,
- colours and preservatives
Instructions
If you want to serve it slightly warmed you will be licking your chops!
Storage : in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. To best store it in the pantry, you just need to close the internal bag tightly.
